I agree Simply Skin is fabulous.
Arden Hills Country Club (also not downtown - but not that far) has a very large, super deluxe spa. It could compete with the best spas in palm springs or other resort towns. It's a part of the Swim Club that produced Mark Spitz, Debbie Myers and other Olympic Champions 30 years ago.

It's not exactly Downtown but it is ten minutes away. Simply Skin on Fair Oaks and Munroe.

uhm i dont know about downtown but there are tons of good spas in granite bay and i know zimbali is a goood one
