you need to get your favorites really!!!

scented candles
bath gels
flowers
lotions
towels
face masks
body scrubs
candies or snack foods
relaxing music(your choice themed or what works for you)
a good book(your favorite or other)
some movies
once you get everything create an area be it your room or the whole house and put your music on with your scented items and flowers around. Make your bed up with your favorite sheets or put a fab throw on the couch to lay under if that's where you are. Watch your favorite movies or read some books. Prepare everything a day or so inadvance so when you have your spa day there's not much you'll have to do. If you want to extend it to dinner cook your meal earlier in the day or the day before, that is if you dont mind cooking once your spa day has already begun. Sit back and relax!! Turn off your phone and ignore the doorbell!!
