When getting a massage at a day spa are you suppose to be naked or keep your underwear on?

You can wear as much or as little clothing as you feel comfortable. Your body will never be exposed, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered at that time. Massage is wonderful because it can be done so many different ways! Some therapists also work over the clothes, or some clients wear a swim suit underneath. It all just depends on what type of session and what sort of therapeutic benefit you are looking for. When getting a massage at a day spa are you suppose to be naked or keep your underwear on?
Different spas will have different polices on whether you have to keep your underwear on or not.

They will often mention it or add it to the contract/waiver you sign the first time you come.

It does not mean it is a ';perverse'; massage or anything of the sort if you do not have it.

What every spa SHOULD do is keep your gluts and gluteael cleavage draped with the sheet.

Just ask. Massage Therapists get this question all the time. It's legitimate. When getting a massage at a day spa are you suppose to be naked or keep your underwear on?
Usually naked. They leave the room and have you undress and get under the covers, then they come back in. They make sure that you stay draped at all times, so that your modesty is maintained and so that you stay warm.

Feel free to ask the masseuse/masseur when you go there. They always say the same thing... to take off all your clothes unless it makes you uncomfortable.
You're welcome to do either. A masseuse is accustomed to either and just wants you to be comfortable, so do as you please :)
I leave my underware on...I just feel it is ';whatever'; your preference is. Enjoy the massage!!!
they will probably tell you to do what you feel comfortable taking off
Ask the masseur what the practice is at that particular spa. Each spa has its own rules about how naked people can get.
depends on what tpe of ';massage'; your getting ;]
