I'm doing a business project and my professor isn't gettin back to me in time.
I know it's up to me but I missed the class on business entities.
Would my Hair %26amp; Day Spa work best as a sole proprietorship, a partnership or a corporation? What kind of business entity would a Hair %26amp; Day Spa be?
I believe it would work best as a sole proprietorship (if money is not tight) but if money is tight then it could also be a wise idea to make it a partnership (as everything could be splitting the costs and greatly help you). If the Hair %26amp; Day Spa works out well then it could very well go on to being a corporation, though an business analyst/accountant would need to figure out the numbers of what your net/gross income would be with a number of Spa's open in a variety of locations. With the corporation the accountant/business analyst would need to see if you're making money or losing money in your approach.
Hope I helped.
