I'm only 19 years old but I'm working on opening my own day spa.
I just want to make sure I get everything done right...
What types of advisors should I seek?
And is there a commercial real estate agent I could go through to look for a building?
Any other tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!Wanting to open a day spa... should I get a financial advisor?
I would definitely get someone. A financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, etc. Especially if you need the financial backing of someone else to help pay for your spa. Also, there are all kinds of laws you'll need to look into (especially taxes). They can give you the pros and cons of sole proprietorship vs. partnership, etc.Wanting to open a day spa... should I get a financial advisor?
Not the best business in a tight economy.
You need an accountant. He/she can be of great assistance in filling out the multitude of paperwork
Second, in some states you need a license so check your states website
Third Yes a realtor you save you time and money locating the best property for your business.
