Spa Day - 13 and 16 year old, seeking a relaxing time at home- suggestions?

Hello,





Me and my Older Sister want to have a Spa Day type thing at our house, and were wondering what some low-cost things to do would be. Im 13, and my Sister is 16. Thanks!Spa Day - 13 and 16 year old, seeking a relaxing time at home- suggestions?
Face Treatment:





Put a hot wash cloth to open pores.








Facial Time!





Buy those little singe-use facial packets at target or make your own. Whatever works :) If you want to make your own try any of these ingredients:





Plain, Cooked Oatmeal


Eggs


Tomato


Bannana





Combine or whatever! My favorite home facial is shredded coconut, water and a squirt of lemon. Try it! You wont be dissapointed!





Then, rise and wash your face and put on a little lotion.


Wait 15 mins.





Hair:





Lather condtioner mized with a few drops of olive oil. in dry hair, Wrap in a towel. Then, wash and condition like normal, if you need o wash it twice.





Blow eachothers hair out. Blow dry with a round brush. You can find many instructions on this online. It's called a Blow Out.





Hands/Feet





At the dollar store you can find cheap, but still good tools for manipedi. Just don't use the polish. And be sure to clean with rubbing achohol even if it was in a sealed package before use.





You'll Need:


Cuticile Pusher


File


Buffer Block, ( Mine has 8 sides, it was a dollar.)

Clear Nail Polish


A Color


Warm Soapy Water


Towels


Oil








Remove any old polish. Soak hands/feet for 10 mins. Buff using the sids. Be careful. Push back cuicles and add oil to nail beds. wash Hands. Paint :)





Lips, Eyes, Etc.





Mix vasaline and sugar together and rub on lips. Then brush them with an old tooth brush in warm water. Add some good chap stick next. :)





Put metal spoons dipped in ice water over your eyes. Refreshing!





Give massages!








Body:





Shower, just to make sure your clean, before the spa day btw. Shave and stuff/








Soak in a tub for 15 mins . Try adding something like:





Milk


Bath Salt


Bubble BathBath Fizzies


Etc:





Use a body scrub in the shower. You can make an easy one by combing any of these things. Just add liquid slowly, a little bit at a time, so it doenst get runny!





Brown Sugar


White Sugar


Oil


Milk


Lemmon Juice (just a splash)





Aply Lotion!








Other Tips:





Wear old, comfy swiim suites of soffes and a tank.





Have fresh toweelsand robes! Warm from the dryer is amazing!





Make sure you have a cleanroom and set everything up the night before.





Play calming Music.





Read Magazines!
