How much do you tip at a day spa?

Most certainly--a great therapist works very hard to do the best possible treatment. They really depend on the extra money from gratuities--just as any service provider does. Proper etiquette would be to tip from 15 to 20 percent for your services. Some even leave gratuity for the housekeeping staff and the front desk. I know in Europe the tip is added into the price of the service, but it very seldom included in the service price here in the U.S. A good etiquette book is an excellent source when looking for more specifics. I even was taught to tip the postman, delivery person, or ANY one that performs a ';service'; for you. They really appreciate it and it's just the proper thing to do. Believe me, they DO remember the clients that tip and those that do not tip!How much do you tip at a day spa?
10 to 15% is appropriate unless you got whole kit and caboodle than 20%
