Take a nice hot bath with bubbles. Listen to relaxing music. Just look up relaxing music on youtube or something.

do you have ginger, ground ginger, epsom salt, have a hot bath with ginger (very detoxing) and epsom salt- the boost of magnesium is very good for you and relaxing for you joints and muscles -
do this after taking a shower using a homemade scrub of sugar and used coffee grounds- this is a great exfoliant - good for removing dead skin cells and promoting circulation
2 cups of coarsely ground coffee
1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt
2-3 T massage oil (you can use olive oil)
Mix all ingredients together. Take a hot shower to moisten your skin and open your pores. Using wide, circular motions, rub the coffee exfoliant onto your skin with strong, even pressure. Shower off, pat skin dry.
afterwards, massage with some oil or lotion.
Light some candles- lavender scented for relaxation and have a cup of chamomile tea.
do a facial:
1/4 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons of honey
Finely grind or process the oatmeal in a blender or food processor. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together honey and yogurt, and then add ground oatmeal. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste consistency has been reached. Smooth over your face and neck, leave on for fifteen minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Can be used daily.
get some peppermint lotion or peppermint oil - put a few drops of oil in a small dishpan or tub with some warm water and a cople of squirts of liquid soap and soak your feet for 20 minutes- then massage your feet with some nice peppermint lotion or massage oil with a few drops of peeprmint oil mixed in
a buckwheat or flax seed pillow popped in the microwave to warm it up around the neck is nice and relaxing
play soothing classical music or nature sounds music and keep the lights low
First you will need a shovel and a large wheelbarrow.
Take the shovel and dig a large hole.
Be sure to put all excess dirt in wheelbarrow.
Next you will need a hose to fill the hole with water.
Once hole is filled simply jump in your new spa and enjoy.
