The only reference I can find to an actual Spa is something about the ';wellness centre'; in the downtown area. The info is below:

Five walking minutes from the hotel is the Wellness Centre Kaiserslautern which offers wellness at its best on 5 floors. Additionally, the hotel provides a conference room of 40 m虏 with daylight.
