I am an Aesthetician and I do glycolic peels at least every other week.I could see results after the first one I got 2 years ago.The cleanser I use also has glycolic in it. I love it..

Yes, I noticed the next day a difference. I had one done a couple of weeks ago, it was my first, but I would definitely have another one done.

Oh, that sounds cool! The easiest and basic thing, coming from an unexperienced fashionista :P, for the massages is hot/warm towels, and people with smooth hands. After all, you dont want the guy from Scary Movie 2 doing your massages....do you?!?!? XD

New ideas could be Mani Margi Panty Party -(anyone else who watches Scrubs help me out here with direct quote? lmao)- Basically, you just relax, have a margarita, get a manicure, wear little(in a girl-comfortable environment), and party=have fun! But like i said above, i dont know if thats EXACTLY what Carla suggests to Elliot. Something along the lines of that, lol.

eggs you can put egg whites on your face and let it dry then rinse it off ,it makes your skin soft.you can put fresh squeezed lemon juice on any little scars you want to go away.





Nourish: Banana-Avacado Mask


Ingredients


1/2 over-ripe banana


1/2 over-ripe avacado


2 Tbsp unflavored full-fat yogurt


1 tsp olive oil


Instructions


Mash banana and avacado, combine with other ingredients, and mix well. Apply liberally to face and neck. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.Relaxing spa day at home, any ideas?
Banana and honey face mask, or oatmeal and yogurt, take a bubble bath that is steaming hot,light a scented candle, or unscented, turn the lights off in the bathroom, if you dont have a bath pillow then use a towel that is rolled up, it`ll get wet but it won`t matter while you are in the tub. Put on relaxing ocean sounds in the background, then after a while get out of the tub.After you get out do ur nails if you want.
