It very possibly could affect your chances of concieving. My Ob/Gyn, told my hubby and me(we tried for 3yrs before concieving, with the help of Clomid) AVOID ANY heat source, both of you. What happens, is it affects the woman's cervical mucus, and the general ';atmosphere'; of the woman's cervix, making the possibility of conception drop. Probably not, but you dont want too much heat in your body it could slightly fry your egg, no pun intended.
